* $33.65 - $40.86 per hour ($70,000 to $85,000 per year).
* Accrued Paid Time Off = 2 weeks paid time off for the first 4 years. Increased after 4th year to 3 weeks, 4 weeks upon the 6th year and 5 weeks at year 10.

Description:
- Ability to train, coach, and guide team in a positive productive manner
- Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Attention to detail and accuracy with good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Maintain effectiveness of the on-site staff through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance
- Ensure that community appearance and repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis
- Utilize marketing strategies to secure traffic as well as oversee property advertising and marketing sources, such as online and social media sites
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of on-site management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Google
- Property software experience required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
