The Community Bank Operations Administrator is primarily responsible for providing back-office administrative support and handling various operational functions to ensure that all bank locations are operating in an efficient manner, ensuring compliance with established Bank policies and procedures, and acting as a key contact for the branches regarding operational questions. This role also assists in reviewing and evaluating branch operational services and making recommendations and resolving issues that impact the ability of the branch to provide prompt and responsive customer service.

Responsibilities- Assists in the monitoring of all cash operations to include teller cash transactions, cash shipments and orders and cash limits.
- May execute and assists with cash audits
- Provide "Help Desk" assistance to bank personnel concerning new account documentation, account opening procedures and teller operations.
- Maintain knowledge of bank products and promotions.
- Using internal data, assists with system updates to ensure account information is current
- Assist with the "Bankruptcy Trustee," "QwickRate CDs" and "HOA" line of business, which includes; account opening, account closing, stop payments, account transfers, special statement handling and day to day phone and email contact with the attorneys, their assistants and the HOA management companies.
- Project Management of small to medium projects
- Attention to regulatory requirements and compliance training applicable to position (Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy etc.)
- May be part of the internal branch audit program conducting annual audits of operational compliance of the branches.
- Create Policy and Procedure
- Address changes presented through online platform
- Participates in system testing for upcoming software updates.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent customer service and phone skills
- Ability to communicate professionally without grammatical errors by email
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Travel to any branch location may be required
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of branch experience including New Accounts, Teller, and Branch operational responsibilities.
