Position: Community Learning and Communications Consultant
Team: The team is focused on building networking and learning opportunities for the Private Client Group (PCG) Community
Location: Downtown Milwaukee, WI - hybrid
Duration: One year contract

This role liasions with the independent dealers/field offices to understand what they need and create the asset and the learning pathway. For example the field office might need a video created or training material for their office staff. This role also develops a learning library of best practices and updates the intranet. This role is on a team that works with a focus group of dealers to develop concepts needed for success. Once all of the concepts are defined, this role will also take lead on some projects and drive milestones. Finally, this position will also manage new events to bring dealers together. 80% of this position is in Learning and Development. 10% is events. 10% misc. other.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative expertise to identify needs, and contribute to the ongoing discovery, development and delivery of networking events, learning library and peer learning resources.
- Design, develop, and implement learning programs and networking events to support the PCG Community.
- Design and develop learning materials, including best practices resources to support effective peer learning.
- Develop and maintain a repository of learning materials and resources (Learning Library) for ongoing reference, and ensure they are easily accessible to users.
- Collaborate with enterprise partners to plan and execute networking events and peer learning events
- Ensure the intranet site for the PCG Community is up to date and organized for effective use
- Serve as a liaison with enterprise partners in Learning and Communications as they develop the Learning Pathways and strategic communications resources.
- Measure effectiveness and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in the learning program and materials and adjust content as necessary.
- Deploy home office and field-facing launch, change, and adoption processes, systems, and structures.
- Develop clear, accurate and persuasive communications and content to ensure home office and field-facing materials present the desired messages. Leverage consistent channels and proven methods that have impact with target audiences.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the field and home office to deliver high impact and aligned messages and programs to drive adoption.
- Manage the quality creation, copywrite, and delivery and on-going maintenance of measurable and effective home office and field-facing resources that directly support key PCG Community initiatives.
Required skills:
- Ability to create strategic solutions that support business and technical needs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Attention to detail, organized, agile, eager to learn, strong sense of ownership
- Project Leadership
Preferred skills:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Product Suite; graphic design fundamentals
- Cross functional working with multiple stakeholders
