Commercial/Residential Painter

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.

```Duties:```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are taken while working with paints and chemicals
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, plaster, or wood surfaces
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow blueprints or instructions to determine the scope of work and required materials

```Skills:```
- Proficient in various painting techniques including airless paint spraying and brush/roller application
- Knowledge of construction painting practices and techniques
- Experience with drywall repair and installation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Familiarity with hand tools used in painting and renovation projects

```Requirements:```
- Must live local.
- Must have valid license and your own dependable transportation.
- Pass Drug Screen
- Respirator fit testing (current)
- Aerial, Boom, Scissor lift training (current)

- No Per Diem
- No lodging

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
