As the Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring high levels of customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in supporting our client's success and Realty Income's growth through superior client relationships and sound financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve high renewal rates
- Manage property revenues, expenses, budgets, and financial goals
- Maintain a working knowledge of building systems and investigate and resolve any complaints or issues
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, codes, regulations, and government directives
- Coordinate clients' move-in/out process and manage general maintenance projects
- Foster a positive work environment to support the professional growth of all employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate or property management preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years of experience in commercial property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint; experience with Yardi a plus
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical, financial, and legal documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently
- Adaptable to changes, delays, unexpected events, and competing demands

Realty Income expects to pay a base salary in the range of $66,247 – 105,935. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, (dependent on date of hire) to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Base salary and total compensation package determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
