Duties and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a qualified Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day servicing of accounts and marketing of renewals.
- The Senior Account Manager will be the primary organizer of all commercial insurance coverage placements for the customer and after sale policy administration.
- The Senior Account Manager should be able to work independently and resolve customer issues with minimal assistance from the Manager or Producer.
Qualifications:
· The successful candidate will hold a valid California Fire & Casualty License
· Minimum of 7 years recent experience in the property & casualty department of a brokerage firm.
· Good understanding of all Commercial Lines coverage’s and related laws, codes, regulations; all aspects of marketing process; commercial insurance rating, insurance terminology and concepts; insurance company operations and their relations to the sales/marketing process as well as policy structure and content.
· Outstanding communication, written and verbal skills, and good attitude.
· Ability to work well in a team environment.
· Ability to work in complex, demanding sales and service-oriented environment.
· Knowledge of and high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills in managing emails, TAM and shared-drive files.
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· Work accuracy.
· A commitment to total client satisfaction.
· Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on business or insurance preferred.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Schedule: FT Hours of Operation 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
