Collections Specialist:
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (remote/work from home 2 - 3 days per week once trained)
Responsibilities:

- Bring cash into the company by contacting customers and making collection calls
- Work with various departments to resolve issues with invoices.
Qualifications: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in writing and speaking (helpful but not required)
- Collections Experience
- Ability to resolve complex issues
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Typing skills
- Strong user of Microsoft Excel and Word
- 2+ years of experience
