Salmon Brook Rehab and Nursing is a short and long term care facility located in Glastonbury, CT. We are currently seeking CNA's to join our team!

Full time, Part time and per diem hours available!

Candidates must possess a valid CT CNA certificate in good standing.

First shift 1 40 hours 1 32 hours 1 PT 16 hours 7 PT (every other weekend only)

Second shift 3 FT 32 hours 4 PT every other weekend

Third shift 4 PT (3-24 hours 1 32 hours)
