Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist – Outpatient Clinic

Four-Day Weeks: 4 x 10-hour days (Monday through Thursday) Full-Time

Potential Annual Compensation: Compensation Plan structured to reach or exceed $150,000 + (Full-time Employment)

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC. We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform. We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida.

Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above.

Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client’s specific needs.

Qualifications / Skills

• Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., PsyD)
• Must have current FL License as a Clinical Psychologist or be in the process of completing licensing
• Experience in conducting Neurocognitive and Neuropsychological Testing is preferred.

General Responsibilities

• Overall services include Evaluation, diagnosis, providing appropriate psychotherapeutic intervention, and Cognitive Rehabilitation and/or adjustment to disability counseling.
• Conducting Neuropsychological and Neurocognitive Testing.
• Includes seeing scheduled Clients through both in-person and Telehealth visits.
• Supervision of other Therapists and Post Doc participants – Optional, with additional compensation.

Compensation Package

• Excellent Base Compensation
• Option of making up to an additional $24,000 per year
• Monthly Productivity Bonus
• Quarterly Performance Bonus
• Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation

Work Schedule – Employed (F/T)

• 40 hrs. per week. Office Hours available Monday through Thursday (4 days x 10 hours).

• A blend of in-office clinical and at-home telehealth is available
• Additional hours available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Telehealth only)
