Northlight Counseling Associates realizes the strength of our practice is our exceptional staff. We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking licensed psychologists for full or part-time positions in our Phoenix and Mesa, Arizona locations with a third office in the Scottsdale area with a focus on trauma.
Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling.
Requirements:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Independent mental health license in Arizona
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Experience with health psychology

About Northlight Counseling Associates
Northlight Counseling Associates is a group established in 1985 consisting of a multi-disciplinary team of licensed psychologists, counselors, clinical social workers, and psychiatrists working together to provide our clients with the best services available in treatment, support, and referral. Northlight has a trauma-focused center opening in 2022. The modalities utilized range in areas of treatment options from family and play therapy to psychodynamic therapy for individuals. The Northlight team holds particular expertise in counseling for depression, bipolar, anxiety and stress, panic attacks, PTSD, bereavement, transgender and sexual concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, child behavioral and family concerns, EAP, disability, and work-related concerns. Both leadership and the Northlight providers are excited about the growth of the team.
