- Associate's Degree in Healthcare related field required
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Mathematics or closely related field required
- Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Mathematics or closely related field preferred
- Registered Nurse highly preferred
- Three years of experience in a clinical setting required
- One year of auditing/abstraction or Stroke Registry experience highly preferred
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Other clinical licensure commensurate with area of expertise (if applicable) upon hire required
- Expertise in clinical data collections, aggregation, analysis, display of data using spreadsheet applications preferred
- Concurrently review patients records for completeness of documentation related to core measures, regulatory requirements, etc
- Maintain daily operations of critical database systems
- Responsible for performance improvement consultation and education of hospital and staff using performance improvement techniques and data
- Facilitate performance improvement teams and committees for specified clinical and non-clinical services
- Responsible for the design of reports to facilitate and support the development and implementation of hospital and system targets
- Coordinates and prepares reports and supporting documentation for regulatory compliance
