Our Healthy Living team is looking for leadership!
We are seeking an experienced PT to assist with clinical operations, services and personnel. This role will include administrative, supervisory and field work as well as supporting and educating our multidisciplinary care teams!
Pay begins at $105,000/year and is negotiable depending on experience. We offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance, mileage reimbursement and more!
Duties include:
- Supervising day-to-day office and clinical operations.
- Provision of weekly case conferences/meetings.
- Function in the capacity of a staff clinician when necessary.
- Provide administrative on call support as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy OR PT license in good standing.
- Medicare Home health experience.
- Current CPR with BLS certification.
- Current driver's license and auto insurance meeting state insurance coverage.
