As a Clinical Manager, you will provide oversight and administration of all clinical services across the ministry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical leadership to Counselors, Social Workers, and interns
- Reviews and provides feedback on clinical documentation retrieved from staff
- Provides weekly status reports to VPs on team progression
- Provides clinical review and management of client services
- Coordinates quality assurance and quality improvement processes and procedures and provide feedback to clinicians and VPs
- Follows all organizational policy and procedures regarding documentation, tracking and communicating deficiencies
- Provides supervision to interns and clinicians as needed
- Ensures that all clinical practices are aligned with evidence-based practices
- Provides formal training, consultation and in-service training to staff members covering a variety of clinical and administrative topics
- Provides counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to clients and families as gaps arise
- Provides and/or arranges for therapeutic interventions as appropriate for clients in a crisis condition. In addition, provide crisis intervention and emergency services if needed
- Ensures clinicians are addressing all service plan goals by reviewing documentation

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Broad knowledge of therapeutic processes and methodologies
- Licensed Clinician (LCSW or license eligible) in the State of Georgia with a masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Counseling
- Minimum of four (2) years post-license experience providing direct clinical care services
- Clinical Supervision designation and experience as determined by the Georgia State Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists
- Advanced knowledge of clinical social work and mental health counseling principles, methods, procedures and standards
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures and community mental health resources
- Experience in quality improvement processes, auditing and clinical records documentation
