Description:
The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for the patient at the clinic. This position will float and support multiple clinics including ENT, Dental, or Pediatric.
- Greet and welcome patients to their appointments
- Check In and register patients for their appointment
- Verify patient insurance and update demographics
- Collect copays, as necessary
- Address questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist patients with check out and scheduling follow up appointments
- Collaborate with team members and clinical teams
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Scheduling
- Front Desk experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service people skills.
Candidates must be open to hours between 6:30am-6pm. Candidate may be scheduled for a shift within that window or ask to support a different clinic. They will have the opportunity to work 5-10 hours of overtime each week if needed.
Hours: Monday - Friday; need open availability from 6:30 AM - 6 PM (will work an 8 hour schedule within this time)
