We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager in our Outpatient Mental Health (OPMH) clinic in Elk River. The OPMH Clinic Manager provides oversight, direction, and leadership to the Elk River outpatient clinic team. Successful candidates in this position have supervisory or program management experience and three or more years of post-graduate clinical service with severely mentally ill adults in a mental health setting. We prefer Clinic Managers that have strong skills in the following areas: leadership, clinical assessment and referral, flexibility, management and coordination, organization, communication, and documentation.
The wage range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience. COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
