You'll have the opportunity to:
As an authority on claims handling, you will refine, augment, and maintain quality claims handling, delivering end-to-end training across all stages of claims for Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Property for all skill levels, from new hire to sophisticated users.

How will you affect the business?
Coordinates with Claims Operations leadership team to identify training needs based on quality results, client need as well as with Product Development on new products that require updates or consideration in claims handling best practices.
Collaborates with Talent Development on all training planning and development.
Deliver structured training to new hires, trainees, and experienced hires.
Further responsibilities include: reviewing and modifying curriculum to accuracy of materials; development of training materials; and coordinating and grading proficiency examinations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum 7 years of Property and Casualty claims handling experience and technical/systems training experience. Deep knowledge of claims management in Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto and Property lines of business. Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Writing skills with ability to design and write training materials. Proficient computer and software (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills required. Extensive travel required. Ability to travel, as needed.Desired:
Deep understanding of quality claims handling highly desirable. Experience managing a portfolio of claims to the best outcomes. Experience working for an Insurance Carrier or Third Party Administrator. Experience in leading people through change.Work Traits:
Effectively communicates at all levels. Ability to quickly respond to changing business needs, deliver training programs and ensure that best practices are utilized. Possesses a passion for training/educating. Excellent Presentation skills. Strong Training Facilitation Skills. Detail oriented.U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
