We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Systems Specialist based in any of our office locations: Chicago, New York, O'Fallon, and Alpharetta. We would also consider any qualified candidates who are located outside of the office location, as a remote position.
The Impact You Will Have
In this role, you will be responsible for providing business and process expertise to claims technologies, projects and initiatives. Additionally, will provide support in terms of business need identification and elaboration, business review, business testing, training, warranty support, workarounds and any the needs that may require support in relation to technology and other change-the-company initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Role:
The annualized base pay range for this role is $94,043 - $159,826. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AGCS total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.

The Impact You Will Have
In this role, you will be responsible for providing business and process expertise to claims technologies, projects and initiatives. Additionally, will provide support in terms of business need identification and elaboration, business review, business testing, training, warranty support, workarounds and any the needs that may require support in relation to technology and other change-the-company initiatives.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Supporting the elaboration of Claims business need for CLAWS, AZGO and other technology projects - gap analysis, direct capture objectives, user stories, business requirement specifications, etc. This entails supporting the definition of business needs and supporting the design of processes that will eventually help decommission legacy systems.
- Supporting claims business review and testing for CLAWS, AZGO and ITMP: Mock-ups, show and tells, UAT, process changes, workaround definition, business process assurance. This entails supporting the review of a) the functionality of the business systems and applications and b) efficacy of the defined processes to ensure it meets critical business functionality and positions of the claims function well for the future. This also entails identification of gaps between what is needed and what is provided, support assessment of the impact of such gaps and the support of the design of a feasible workaround either on a temporary or permanent basis.
- Supporting warranty/clarifications: helpdesk, design and implementation of workarounds. Acting as first line of defense as users get used to new technology application. Includes revalidating the initial gap analysis to ensure all the bases are covered rom a business functionality and process efficacy perspective.
- Data and Analytics - serve as NA key contact for ad hoc reporting. Provide NA Claims team with agreed reports utilizing appropriate data sources and data collation techniques. Work with CCO Data and Analytics team to keep current and understanding of AGCS data structure.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years experience in property and Casualty Claims Exposure
- 5-7 years experience in claims process flows and E2E connectivity's
- 5-7 years experience in claims front-office and mid-office systems experience
