Job Description
The Civil CADD Designer/Technician performs all levels of various civil/site engineering designs including computer CADD operations. This position plays a core role in the overall design/drafting production efforts of the firm’s professional consulting services. As a Civil CADD Designer/Technician, you will:
- Collaborate with team members to work on challenging land development projects in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
- Prepare/drafting of site development designs for development of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects from concept layouts to final site construction documents.
- Assist with mentoring other CADD users.
- Prepare illustrative marketing exhibits for land development projects.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or training/certifications preferred.
- Experience with site civil design and/or drafting preferred, but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly, along with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
- A passion for design and creative problem-solving.
