Job Summary:

We are seeking QUALIFIED SALES PROFESSIONALS who are interested in a part-time opportunity, with a tiered commission structure 70/30 Split and Bonus Pay.

You must be highly motivated with proof of results-driven sales in order to join our dynamic team. As a CHILDREN's YOGA SALES CONSULTANT for The Yogi Bears Program, you will be responsible for driving sales and securing funds for kid’s yoga projects. Our Business Funders, are business owners who have a sense of satisfaction contributing to something they deem important and are passionate about.

INCENTIVES:

1. Commission structure with increased rates for securing sponsorships for Children's Yoga events or programs.

2. Performance-based bonuses tied to securing a certain number of Children's Yoga sponsorships.

3. Sales contests with rewards for top performers in securing sponsorships for Children's Yoga initiatives.

4. Quarterly achievement awards for outstanding performance in securing sponsorships for Children's Yoga activities.

5. Gift cards or vouchers for exceptional performance in securing sponsorships for Children's Yoga initiatives.

6. Professional development opportunities funded by the organization for top performers in securing sponsorships for Children's Yoga events.

7. Cash bonuses for securing major sponsorships or meeting sponsorship milestones for Children's Yoga activities.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with potential business donors, promoting kids’ yoga campaigns and fundraising targets. You will be cold calling. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping innovative projects come to life.

Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential business' donors to generate interest in various Yogi Bear campaigns.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize campaign exposure and donor potential.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new investors, providing regular updates on campaign progress.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling campaign content and materials.

Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to promote campaigns and engage with potential donors.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with yoga industry trends, sales strategies and best practices.

Provide exceptional customer service to donors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the crowdfunding or fundraising industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using social media platforms and other digital marketing tools.

Knowledge of crowdfunding platforms and regulations is a plus.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
