Childcare Staff

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. Your role will involve caring for children, promoting their development, and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Create a safe and secure environment for children
- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and equipment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childcare practices and childhood development
- Experience in caregiving or related roles
- Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities
- Proficient in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and toilet training
- Experience in nannying or similar roles is preferred
- Familiarity with regulations and guidelines for childcare providers
- Experience working with students or early childhood education is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
