The office of the CEO is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the Traba leadership team.
As the Chief of Staff, you will:
- Play a critical role in the organization and be a strategic right-hand person to the CEO
- You will help drive strategic business planning
- Support and direct change management throughout the organization
- Lead strategic projects while building and maintaining key relationships with our investors (including Peter Thiel and Keith Rabois)
- Prepare and create board materials and investor updates
- Have a front-row seat to everything that is involved with building a fast-growing startup
About you:
- 5+ years in a top management consulting firm or 2 years in a top management consulting firm
- 3+ years at a fast-growing technology company
- Entrepreneurial, highly tolerant of ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
- Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks - big or small.
- Proven ability to track, prioritize, and steer multiple concurrent projects to success using data to track progress along the way
- Action-oriented with excellent work ethic and initiativeStrong written (emails, presentations) and verbal communication

These workers pack boxes, load trucks, and manage warehouse operations to keep supply chains running at peak efficiency.
