As the Chief Flight Instructor at Ace of Aces, your days will be filled with excitement and adventure, starting bright and early at 6:00 AM with our invigorating morning briefing. Gather with your enthusiastic team to map out the day ahead, discussing the training schedule, analyzing weather conditions, and addressing student needs. At 7:00 AM, it's time to take to the skies! Conduct flight training sessions where you will showcase your technical prowess and unwavering dedication to safety. Guide and mentor students as they navigate the complexities of flying, imparting your wisdom and expertise to ensure they become skilled aviators. After an intense morning of training, take a well-deserved break at 12:00 PM. Enjoy a quick lunch with your fellow instructors, using this time to debrief and review the morning sessions. This collaborative environment allows for continuous improvement and ensures the highest standards of instruction. At 1:30 PM, it's time to step into the simulator and provide students with invaluable hands-on experience. Supervise their sessions, offering feedback and coaching to refine their skills and build confidence in a controlled environment. As the day progresses, return to the classroom at 4:00 PM to lead engaging and interactive ground school lessons on various aviation topics. This is your chance to ignite a passion for aviation in your students as you share your extensive knowledge and insights. As the instructional day comes to a close at 6:00 PM, you'll have the opportunity to wrap up training sessions, debrief with students, and prepare for the next day. It's a time for reflection and celebration of the progress your students have made, as well as an opportunity to fine-tune your instructional techniques. From 7:00 PM onward, take the time to review student progress, update records, and plan for future lessons.
