Check Resolusion Associate

Description:

--Perform internal audits to ensure all work is being completed accurately

--Review each check to determine what department will receive them

--Note IIM and client system (if needed)

--Mail checks to correct address if appropriate

--Mail checks to client for deposit to escrow

--Rush payments to carriers when policy is in jeopardy of cancellation

--Work with other business units as needed

--Follow up on outstanding checks as needed

--Will involve pushing a mail cart to deliver checks certain times of the day

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Analyzing, somebody who can pay attention to detail with organization skills. problem solving and puzzles.
• Research and finding out what to do with check returns, emphasis on big picture. communicate with one another, mainly escrow checks, mortgage payments, title checks.
• This is a quality position identifying who does what with recognizing of errors.
• Hired in direct after 3-4 months if performance and attendance is there. Schedule is 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5:30pm but flexible as long as it’s 40 hours every week

NICE TO HAVE:

- mortgage or insurance experience

- associate or bachelor's degree
