**Remote positions will be considered based on experience and expertise.**

Candidates that wish to work from home are required to have:

• DSL or Fiber internet connection
• Webcam for training and continuous coaching
• Own a desktop and/or laptop computer (Macs, Notebooks, Chromebooks are NOT compatible with our software)
  • PC must have Windows 10 or 11 w/ 8GB+ of RAM, Intel i5 8th gen processor or newer (i7/i9 also acceptable) or AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series+ processor (AMD Ryzen 7/9 also acceptable), and 200 GB Hard Drive or SSD
• Quiet area set up with no distractions or loud noises

Our Certified Rental Agent will be part of a small but ELITE dedicated squad that will have the OPPORTUNITY to not only be the first to join our up-and-coming team but will be a key player on helping us build this new department!

Your focus will be handling inbound calls where you are going to provide quotes, gather information, take payments and process move ins along with making outbound calls to follow up on missed opportunities. The great news is that people only call when they want what you have, so this is an easy win!

Duties & responsibilities – the duties of the Rental Agent include, but not limited to the following:

· Handle inbound calls - Assisting callers with securing a storage unit that fits their needs.

· Conducts outbound calls on missed opportunities.

· Convert opportunities into rentals.

· Provide facility information.

· Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills to relay written messages as necessary.

· Process move-ins by accepting payments over the phone along with gathering delicate customer information.

Required hours:

· This is a full-time position.

· Must be able to work one weekend day (TBD).

· May include evenings.

· Must exhibit excellent attendance.

· This position will ideally be performed from the XPS Solutions office in Richardson, TX. (Remote availability based on certain criteria.)

Requirements:

· High School Diploma

· Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.

· 6 months + in customer service role

· Bilingual is a PLUS

· Self-storage experience preferred
