We are looking for Caregivers in Bloomington, Indiana to join our team in our mission of changing the face of aging. We have a variety of hours available and work with you to meet your scheduling needs. There is no experience required and we offer paid training courses and hands-on training programs! Our office provides the support and training you need to succeed! We care about your development as a member of our team!
As a Caregiver, you will work with seniors in their homes to provide assistance with daily activities, companionship and conversation, and safety support. Earn a living while making a difference, creating a bond with your client, and listening to stories from your client's lives. At Home Instead, our Caregivers have one-to-one time with their clients, leading to consistent care and a lasting bond between client and Caregiver!

New Hires are also eligible for a $500 Sign-on Bonus! Earn the first $100 after working 80 hours and earn $400 after 90 days of employment.
Requirements to be a Caregiver:
- Have a passion for caring for others
- Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance

Caregiver Duties:
- Companionship and transportation
