Car Sales Coordinator

Overview As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, we are excited to announce the opening of a new position for our Car Sales Shared Services Department - Car Sales Coordinator! The Shared Services Coordinator will proactively partner with the Car Sales operations and be the main point of contact for the sales staff and local administrative offices. This role is responsible for ensuring Car Sales files are processed accurately and timely. This position is responsible for engaging with external customers, such as our preferred lender network and product vendors on behalf of the dealerships. The Shared Services Coordinator regularly communicates with dealerships to answer questions related to car sale funding. In addition, this role participates in meetings with the Car Sales operators to determine tactics, solutions and maintain expert knowledge about the funding process, products and services that translates to a positive customer experience.
