Job Description
Salary Range: $116,100 - $174,200
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Partner with the Treasurer and CFO regarding capital planning and stress testing
- Create, manage, and document capital model for holding company and bank
- Gather and evaluate actual and forecast balance sheets and income statements to feed through the model and understand how “what if” scenarios will affect both in Bank and the Holding Company’s capital position.
- Understand Regulatory capital requirements and work closely with accounting to incorporate CECL results in models
- Responsible for reporting the capital package that will be presented to ALCO and the Board
- Integrate IRR modeling outputs into capital planning
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of related bank experience is required
Skills:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able direct junior analyst’s daily work
- Must have the ability to run the financial forecast model
- Must be flexible with duties performed
- Must be able to work with all levels of employees and outside vendors, etc.
- Must be able to work independently with various internal and external groups
- Moody’s Analytics modeling experience is helpful
- IRR modeling experience is helpful
