Call Center Representative

Home Environmental Services is a distributor of the Water and Air filtration products founded in 1986 and located in Broadview Heights, a suburb of Cleveland, OH. HES prides itself in providing the highest quality home care products, service and after sale care to its customers.

Proficient communication skills both orally and written skills & experience and have a passion for people, social environments and building new relationships. Our company is looking for individuals that have a great understanding of customer relations. People that have a positive attitude and enjoys working with and around other people may apply. Great communication skills is needed for this position.

Qualifications:

- Customer Service experience

- Must be enthusiastic and out going

-Proficiency with computer and MS office products

-Ability to maintain a professional appearance, behavior and positive attitude

Position Duties Include:

- Taking inbound and outbound calling

-Setting up qualified appointments

-Earn up to $ 12.00 - $ 15.00 including bonuses

Looking for 5-10 people to help our company grow
