What you'll be doing
- Take inbound calls and answer questions on product and service information
- Perform research functions including making outbound calls to validate provider contact information
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Follow up on customer inquiries
- Research billing and payment issues

What you'll have:
- High School Diploma required
- 1- 2 year of call center experience
