A well-established $70M Sales and Marketing organization specializing in residential make-over projects throughout the Southeast is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager. This position is located in the corporate office in beautiful St Petersburg/Clearwater Florida.
The company currently uses a wide range of advertising and marketing methods to generate leads and inquiries from homeowners interested in a particular home remodel project. The call center qualifies the leads and sets appointments for our Sales Estimators to go to the home for a free evaluation and presentation, showing how we use our expertise to complete their task. We have a large sales staff that requires sales appointments to be preset, qualified and confirmed before they are issued to an Estimator.
We use a database management system (I-360) to organize our call center production; so, the ideal candidate should have experience with a CRM or lead generation and/or a predictive dialer. Experience with appointment setting in a related field is also a plus.
The candidate must be an excellent communicator as well as an inspiring motivator. The responsibility of the Call Center Manager is to generate cost effective sales opportunities from incoming inquiries with the lowest possible hours worked per issued lead. They will ensure all Call Center Reps meet the company standards for all areas of performance. The Manager will ensure all Agents are properly trained in the basics of the benefits of our products and services, as well as in the proper use of our phone scripts.
We have a highly skilled, well-disciplined outside sales force that can generate high sales volume for the company with the appropriate number of leads given to them.
The ideal individual must have experience managing at least 20-30 Call Center Agents or more. Also, must be effective at locating, hiring, and developing Call Center Agents. The individual we seek must be highly organized and proficient with basic Excel, as well as other programs.
