Job Title: Call Center Manager (Direct Hire)

Location: Buchanan, NY

Salary: $25-$30 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30/9:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Buchanan, NY. This is a direct hire position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30 per hour.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience managing Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • Expertise in training and developing employees
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle issues and discrepancies effectively
  • Experience in managing a team of 2-4 people
  • This role is 100% in-person

Call Center Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in managing Customer Service Representatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in handling customer issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Comfortable managing a team in a 100% in-person setting.

Call Center Manager Responsibilities: As a Call Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Call Center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading a team of 2-4 Customer Service Representatives.
  • Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards are maintained.
  • Handling and resolving customer issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve performance targets and quality metrics.
  • Implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the Call Center.
