About us:
Perennial provides consulting and event services to over eight different clients' in diverse industries such as nonprofits, telecommunications and government programs.
We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00- $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Phone-related customer service a major plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
Bilingual language skills a plus
