Job Description
Our Client Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the planning, procurement and sourcing recommendations of assigned SKUs to meet Client and production needs.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of demand requirements and inventory replenishment needs.
- Purchase and schedule finished goods/materials to meet production and sales requirements as needed.
- Determine optimal inventory level for assigned SKUs.
- Contribute to the development of inventory plan and manage performance to plan and targets.
- Assist with the management of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Advise management of market conditions and supply base activity which could affect quality, delivery, or price.
- Analyze sales history to identify trends which might impact purchasing requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Flexible hours are required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with large scale ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Forecasting, or Supply Planning.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
