Job Description - Business Systems Analyst
Salary Range: 90,000-130,000
Key Items: Microsoft Dynamics SL experience/ Project based ERP system./ Hybrid/ Full time, can be open to part time with right candidate.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for supporting the organization through the administration, development and enhancement of internal business, operations, and financial systems and reports.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of financial, operational, and business support applications.
Actively support the development and maintenance of MS Dynamics SL system including a system upgrade/conversion.
Perform routine maintenance, audit, and review of system data.
Gather end-user requirements and translate to existing or new application features or reports.
Identify and propose system solutions as well as recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
Work with internal teams and external vendors on interfaces between third-party applications.
Implement data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions including dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Design, deploy and administer business analytics solutions using Power BI and Power Automate.
Troubleshoot and provide system support for internal customers as needed.
Develop process flow and corresponding documentation.
Assist the team in ensuring that users receive proper systems training and documentation.
Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent work experience.
Strong 3-5+ years of experience working with and supporting financial applications and financial system interfaces - specifically MS Dynamics SL.
2+ years building data warehousing, business intelligence and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Strong SQL development experience including SSRS/SSIS/SSAS. Proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint.
High level of computer proficiency in MS Excel is required and experience with Crystal Reports is a plus.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal end-users to determine data reporting requirements.
Understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls including a basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
Strong analytical, design, data modeling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as to function effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Great attention to detail and time-management skills.
