The Business Outcome specialist evaluates risks to focus resources in areas we can quickly impact revenue. They will engage with the customer C Suite based on trends we see around renewals. Whether it be a discussion around upgrading from URL Filter, moving off end of support code, winning against "x" competitor, or having a customer value review, they look forward to engaging our customers.

Essential Functions
  • Engage with C-Level within accounts to discuss customers' desired business outcomes
  • Regular cadence with Account team to divide and conquer tasks
  • Make outbound telephone calls to end users to identify risk through discovery call and roadmap discussions
  • Create and maintain success plan for territory
  • Provide timely follow up, closure and tracking of all identified action items
  • Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other systems, update relevant information including customer health, risk mitigation plans, activities, opportunities
  • Maintain high levels of phone activity, and customer engagements
  • Attend external customer meetings and internal meetings with other internal functions as required
  • Efficiently engage resources, SE, Channel, Customer Success Organization, Solutions Sales Specialists and Executives as required
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills as appropriate
  • Flag up problems and strategy to fix
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned


Education and Experience
  • A proven track record of success in managing and developing existing customers
  • Experience of working in a sales or Customer Success position in a high-tech organization
  • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications as a minimum, especially MS Excel
