JOB TITLE: BUSINESS / OFFICE MANAGER
This employer is assisting a progressive Ag Business organization looking to expand their current office staff. Primary responsibility for this Business Office Manager will be to invoice customers, manage General Ledger processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month-End Financial Reports and Audit Preparation. Additional responsibilities to include assisting customers at counter, answering phones and general correspondence management.
Ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and solid financial management acumen.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting or Business
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Accounting
- Project Management experience or understanding
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting Principles and Practices
- Ability to oversee multiple Books of Business
- Microsoft Office Computer Application knowledge
- Attentive to detail and be accurate and well-organized
- Strong mathematical, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
