About the Job
This is a new role for our location – so make it your own! Full-time, may consider some school-hour flexibilities.
This position is 100% marketing to other businesses. This means developing relationships that results in referrals from insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, commercial property management companies, trades (plumbing, etc.) and home inspectors. This is not a high-pressure position, as it takes time to establish rapport and trust. Most of the time the goal is to set up a lunch (that we provide), where they give us 15 minutes to show them how we’re different than their usual vendors.
We pay a base plus commission with car allowance and cell phone provided. Focused on Sarasota, Manatee, and a bit of Desoto County.
What you’ll be doing:
Establishing, building, maintaining, and strengthening client relationships to develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth. This is accomplished via repeat face-to-face encounters on your planned sales routes, with some networking, sponsorships, and events to complement your efforts. We expect routes to take an equivalent of four days per week, with 12-15 stops per day, with one day in the office.

· Help develop sales strategies to maximize your revenue-building and commission-earning impact
· Log all interactions into CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and other software so company leadership and the team have an accurate picture of your activities as well as status of referral sources
· Actively participate and network in industry-related trade organizations promoting the company’s services
· Provide lunch and learns and promote PuroClean’s continuing education courses; people refer people they like and who bring them lunch
· Develop sales skills by understanding all aspects of the PuroClean business
· Provide weekly marketing reports
· Provide feedback to company leadership from referral sources, your insights on job performance, competitive advantages and opportunities toward continuous improvement

- You bring 1+ years of Outside Sales, relationship marketing, and customer service experience. Or you just have a natural affinity for sales.
