Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Partner Program Manager to join our growing team. As the Channel Partner Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the end to end program requirements and manage the channel partner relationships to drive business growth.
Key job responsibilities
1. Partner Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with our business goals and target markets
- Evaluate potential partners based on their capabilities, reach, and potential contribution to the company
2. Onboarding and Training:
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to educate new partners on our products, services, and brand
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure partners are well-equipped to represent our offerings effectively
3. Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners, serving as the main point of contact for any queries or concerns
- Work collaboratively with partners to develop joint marketing and sales strategies
4. Program Development:
- Design and execute channel partner programs that drive sales, increase market share, and enhance partner profitability
- Create incentive programs to motivate and reward top-performing partners
5. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs
- Identify areas for improvement and work with partners to implement corrective actions
6. Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to ensure our channel partner program remains competitive and relevant
7. Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring clear terms, expectations, and compliance with company policies
8. Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of the channel partner program to the executive team
- Communicate updates, changes, and important information to channel partners in a timely manner
About the team
Amazon Key for Business is the multiunit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team. We enable 1-Click access to Amazon logistic's delivery drivers to customers doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.
The Business Development and Marketing team provides strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of Business Development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience working with a broad range of technology tools including SharePoint, Excel, Access, Word, and Salesforce.com
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA
- Experience working with emerging technologies
- Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes
