RestoreUnited is seeking to hire a Business Development rep to add to our quickly growing team. The ideal candidate is results-driven and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.
We have a brand new Business Development position available immediately. RestoreUnited is an exciting startup company with its main office located in York, PA. The company is a SAAS job management platform for Restoration and Roofing contractors that help to streamline and organize their communication and job data for faster billing and communication with insurance carriers and customers. Your day-to-day duties would include (but not be limited to):
- Reaching out to prospective clients by phone, email, social networking and other means to uncover their needs (pains) and drive interest in RestoreUnited
- Take prospect straight from call to demo to contract
- Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for new customer acquisition.
- Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in Hubspot
- Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and RestoreUnited's overall market opportunity.
Responsible for managing the client relationship and ensuring that client's needs are met and sentiments are positive.
Communicate clearly and concisely to both client and internal teams. Maintaining open communications with management.
Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Must be able to work a full-time schedule
Proficient with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
Comfortable with client communications (phone calls, email, etc.)
Experience with any prior sales and marketing is plus especially prior Software and/or SAAS sales
Quick learner who is able to adapt and excel in various environments
Self-starter, self-motivated, positive, and reliable
Familiarity with Google Drive, Hubspot are a Plus
Previous client-facing experience REQUIRED
