Job Summary
The Business Development Coordinator will assist the Director of Business Development in the projects and necessary development of our yard facilities, new markets, and necessary internal departments. The Business Development Coordinator will report to the Director of Business Development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Working with the Director of Business Development to stay within the approved budget and work towards the appropriate position KPI's
Working with the Director of Business Development to produce weekly/monthly/annual reporting. The development and launch of Fleet Smart Management Services.
National maintenance network established and built in Salesforce.
Policy & Procedures established, followed, and documented.
Routine maintenance program launched
Market to all eligible customers
Automate maintenance follow and scheduling process.
Assist with other FFR functions as deemed necessary
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and organized
Self-directed and willing to own and manage day to day operations processes

Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or other similar fields
At least 2 years' experience in a customer facing role
