Business/Customer Service Analyst
- Oversee a high volume Retailer Customer portfolio from initial set-up evaluating Customer requirements to resolving chargebacks and disputes.
- Perform research, analyze data, interpret and present findings.
- Outline issues and propose solutions
- Develop and implement processes & procedures based on changing customer requirements.
- Correspond and interact with Customers and internally across various levels and departments.
- Take a lead role on projects to help improve efficiencies, streamline processes and support overall supply chain operation.
- Maintain critical process documentation.
Requirements
- Professional level business communication, proficient evaluation of complex issues, accurate analysis of information and ability to offer sound course of action.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or 1 - 4 years' experience in manufacturing or retail environment is preferred.
- This role DOES NOT require any selling, programming, data mining or surveying.
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Potential to work from home up to 2 days per week once fully trained.
