Our potential client is hiring for a Business Analyst I / II position in the QA Business Solutions group will have technical responsibilities pertaining to company's Enterprise Quality Management System (TrackWise) and Enterprise Content Management System (Content Server 10). The position is primarily focused on analyzing business needs, identifying technical solutions, coordinating / facilitating application changes, supporting / executing application testing, and providing business user application support. The position will work closely with key business process owners and the IT team.
Responsibilities
-Identify issues and opportunities on ECM / EQM platforms and work with others to coordinate and/or assist with development, testing, and implementation of solutions
-Provide ongoing system support and ECM / EQM workflow administration
-Work with IT, QA, and external partners to manage operational issues on Enterprise Content and Quality Management platforms
-Present and champion fixes and enhancements to business process owners, Technical Operations management, IT Department and Project Management team
-Manage the resolution of Document Management System / TrackWise user issues through Helpdesk Ticketing System
-Participate in project teams as ECM/EQM subject matter expert.
-Participate in validation activities such as writing, reviewing, or executing scripts
-Organize and lead user and technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with customers, partners and other technical resources of all levels
-Assist with implementation and management of system enhancements and upgrades within a Change Control environment; provide project management oversight on various change requests and projects as needed
-Maintain technical oversight of Document Management System Design Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation
-Other duties, as assigned
Experience
-0-4 years Business Analyst experience working with enterprise applications (Less experience will be considered for candidates with education / background in computer science or computer systems)
-Experience developing / supporting a validated computerized system
-Working understanding of GxP guidelines including 21 CFR Part 11
-Technical writing and verbal skills required
-Impact analysis for upgrades, patches, and new enhancements
-Familiarity with querying and organizing data using metadata
Education
-BS Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
-Preferred but not required
-Experience with TrackWise technical development and system support
-Experience with Crystal Report development
-Experience with any of the following: Livelink Builder, LAPI, OScript, Java, XML or Web services
