TELUS is seeking an ambitious, professional individual to; Provide administrative services to customers as requested. Interface with Telus management and client users. Identify business processes in order to offer suggestions on administrative services. Assist to support and train customers, and with order communication implementation.

Here's how:

• Provide administrative services assistance to customers as requested.
• Process and automate data.
• Promote professional services to add to revenue stream.
• Liaison between customers and technical team.
• Assist with Implementations to smoothly transition newer customers to AFS Support
• Provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensures all customer action requests are completed within schedule and delivered satisfactorily to the client's requirements.
• Consult and suggest administrative efficiencies for our client base.
• Special Projects.
• Assist to support and train customers how to use software programs.
• Assist with Implementations of Fax & EDI order communications.
• Assist with Product demonstration and sales support.
• Assist with Documenting and communicate the newest features of the most current upgrades to customers.

What you bring to this role

• Understanding of ERP systems
• The ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a hectic environment
• Team player, contributes to a positive work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with customers
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and other PC applications
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business requirements, system documentation, and technical procedures
• Secures and identifies possible causes of problems
• Develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions based on logical assumptions that reflect factual information
• Recognizes creative solutions and innovations
• Strong attributes with customer relations
• Ability to work independently

Degrees, Certificates and Experience

• Sales Agency (Food Broker) knowledge
• Food industry knowledge
• Windows, Word, and other PC applications
• Proficient Excel Skills
• Customer relations
• High School Graduate
