Description:
Day to day includes:
• Documenting as-is business processes
• Eliciting requirements from stakeholders
• Facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit feedback
• Documenting to-be business processes
• Documenting business requirements
• Participating in JADD sessions
• Gathering and analyzing data to justify business need
• Developing project business cases
• Performing other general business analysis tasks as needed
Mandatory Qualification:
184 months business analyst experience284 months experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts.360 months experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the "as-is” state and development of a "to-be” process.460 months experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.536 months experience evaluating business processes and working with business users to gather requirements for Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication. 660 months experience writing reports, preparing business cases, and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders . 7Bachelor's Degree8Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field9Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or comparable)
