The Global Brand Marketing team is looking for a passionate, nimble, and business-savvy senior analyst to help optimize operations and strategy for a large brand marketing organization that touches all facets of Salesforce marketing. This role will work with a team that has the support of several dedicated resources such as planning, finance, recruiting, and others.
This position reports directly to the Vice President, Global Brand Marketing Strategy & Operations.
Responsibilities:
V2MOM Planning: Guide our V2MOM annual planning structure and progress towards goals Strategic Communications: Plan and execute strategic communications for the team, including All Hands meetings, Town Halls, and executive updates. Craft compelling messages in Slack or slides that align with our brand, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communication. Data Analytics: Address business questions with data-driven insights and recommend actionable strategies. Systems & Tools: Use a product owner mindset to define user metrics, assess current state solutions, and develop strategies to improve tool adoption and usage. Change Management: Plan and drive programs to shift processes and behavior, scale our operations, and transform our internal business capabilities. Leadership Alignment: Facilitate conversations required to gain agreement among leaders within and outside this team. Operational Education: Orient leaders and employees to working models, new systems, operational considerations, and day-to-day running of the brand marketing team. Optimize the supplier strategy to fit team needs.
Process Design: Optimize and shape processes related to day-to-day performance and delivery. Department Innovation: Examine and rethink the department, bringing order and structure to a large team.
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience working in an Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Operations or Strategy role
Experience developing sophisticated operational and/or financial models Intermediate SQL Skills, forecasting, modeling, and Google Sheets Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in implementing change, systems deployment, data architecture methodologies, process design, and improvement implementations. Ability to leverage a product management mentality in defining organizational needs, optimizing for user experience, and defining KPIs. Ability to manage multiple projects with executive stakeholders. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills across multiple channels: Slack, email, 1:1, large group settings, and others. Openness to change as the role evolves.
