We are seeking a Business Account Manager to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in New York. This role is essential for our continued growth and success. In this position, you will focus on prime services strategic relations with our prime customers, specifically in FX and interest rate products, expanding our business relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Financial Markets, Client Solutions, and collaborate with the sales and product teams to align with our business goals and strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to client onboarding to digital channels, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure best-in-class services are provided consistently to clients.
- Align with sales and product teams to deliver against corporate targets.
- Provide oversight and prioritize queries for premium clients.
- Drive process improvements for daily processing tasks.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to facilitate a "follow the sun" support model.
- Work with Prime Services business and technology/project teams on new product offerings.
- Develop and deliver solutions to improve client experience and generate additional revenue.
- Conduct regular client reviews and support regional/global initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of client management approach.
- Champion change and improvements across the client experience.
Key Criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in prime brokerage, focusing specifically on derivatives, particularly in the areas of FX and interest rates.
- A demonstrated track record in client relationship management, showcasing the ability to provide exceptional client experiences.
- In-depth understanding of business goals and strategy.

Salary & Benefits
Expected annual base pay range for the role is $91,584 & $137,376. The final offer will be determined on an individualized basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
