Job Description
Texas French Bread is a fast-paced, high volume bakery & restaurant making wholesome dishes, artisan breads, pastries, and desserts from scratch daily. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our sunny dining room - our small bakery & bistro is open every day.
We are seeking a lead server for brunch. Part time bistro cafe server shifts are available immediately. Full time employment (with benefits) may be an option for the right candidates.
We hire those who love waking with the sun (shift leads start in the 7 o’clock hour Sat/Sun), get along well with others, and enjoy interacting with guests and helping them feel welcome and appreciated. Flexibility is essential – our crew shares all tasks related to operating the restaurant.
Texas French Bread does not rely on tipped wages. We endeavor to pay all staff - FOH, kitchen, bakery, fleet - a living wage. All employees at TFB earn $15+ per hour. Requirements include:
- service & hospitality leadership
- current Food Handlers and TABC certifications
- ability to work early mornings 7am start time
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- must have scheduling flexibility
