Internship Program Details: Broward College Fall Semester – Session 1: August 16th –December 6th
Instructor-Led Classes Every Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm EST at UKG Weston Headquarters
The student will participate in weekly structured learning and hands-on simulated scenarios equipping them with the practical knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement the UKG Ready Human Capital Management (HCM) - Time and Labor Management (TLM) module. The coursework, delivered by UKG subject matter experts, prepares students who successfully complete the certification assessment to implement a UKG Ready customer in the areas of time, accruals, and attestation. Throughout the certification, students will learn and build in a sandbox environment with mock customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with UKG Instructors to understand business requirements and learning objectives for UKG Ready TLM software implementation
•Review documentation and initial mock customer data to extract details relevant to an implementation
•Conduct Discovery calls while demonstrating the ability to accurately discuss system requirements and apply UKG best practice methodology
•Build configurations in the UKG Ready TLM module that align with established UKG best practices for Time & Labor Management, Accruals 2.0 and Attestation applications
•Explain testing procedures, guide mock customers through the testing process, and complete test parallels to ensure accurate data calculations and results
•Troubleshoot systems issues based on mock customer feedback and calculation errors
•Successfully process a mock customer go-live with a high level of accuracy and in accordance with UKG best practices
•Engage in professional development, non-technical skill-building and networking opportunities through out program as assigned
