Branch Sales Representative
Summary
The Branch Sales Representative, who reports to the Branch Sales Manager, will focus on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize sales potential through developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Create and maintain customer profiles
- Identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts
- Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed
- Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for their assigned account list, maximizing customer engagement in each program
- Participate in account reviews for their assigned customer list
- Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed
- Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills
- Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers
- Learn and utilize internal industry leading technology offerings
- Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning
- Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow account list

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment
- Must be results, detail, and team oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent organizational skills

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License
