Branch / Sales Managers (Nmls License Required)

Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. is seeking experienced Branch and Sales Managers to work in its’ various offices servicing its growing loan portfolio.

We are licensed currently in CT, FL, IN, MA, ME, NC, NH, PA, RI, SC, VT, TX

Seeking Managers in key markets:

CT – Windham, Norwich, Groton, New Haven areas and beyond
FL – Sarasota, Tampa, Ft. Meyers, Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville
MA - Woburn, Greater Boston, North Shore, South Shore
ME - Portland, Mid-Coast
NH - Southern NH, Seacoast, Lakes Region
PA – Philadelphia, Pittsburgh
RI – Providence
NC – Charlotte, Wilmington, Raleigh-Durham
SC – Columbia, Charleston

TX – Austin, DFW

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Develop a team of Loan Officers reporting up to you in the branch office.
Actively Manage Sales for loans generated through the team under you.

Prospect for new loan clients.
Collect initial loan application materials.
Submit complete loan for processing.

Cultivate and Develop Loan Officer's skills within the office.
Monitor and review loan pipeline weekly.
Delegate tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with Regional Sales Management and Executive Team.

NMLS License REQUIRED

Previous Sales Management experience preferred, but not required.

Minimum 3+ years of Loan Origination experience and NMLS licensing REQUIRED.

Must have a great attitude, willingness to work hard, an eye and attention for detail, team spirit and willingness to pitch in where needed.
